How long will it take my order to ship?
Monogrammed & personalized items take 2 business weeks from date the order was placed. All other items will ship within 2-3 business days.
Can I bring/mail you my items to monogram?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept outside monograms.
I need my monogrammed order quicker than 2 business weeks. Can you rush my order?
We will try our very best to accommodate your request. Please email email@example.com should you need a rushed order. We cannot guarantee a rush, but will certainly try our best.
What is your return policy?

My item came and it isn't monogrammed correctly. What can I do?
In the rare case that an item has an error made on our part, please contact the shop within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will be happy to rectify our mistake.
How do I care for my monogrammed linen napkins/tea towels?
Machine-wash on gentle cycle in cold water using no chlorine bleach or harsh detergents. Dry flat and iron on the back side of the embroidery over a well padded table surface. Do not dry clean.
