Shipping & Returns


All monogrammed and embroidered designs are lovingly embroidered in-house. Please allow 2 business weeks from purchase date for your order to ship.

All items are shipped Monday-Friday (business days only) using USPS from our shop in Charleston, South Carolina. We currently only ship within the continental US.

Items shipped to or within SC will be charged SC sales tax.


We process orders quickly, but will do our best to accommodate any order modifications before the order has shipped. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at Please include "Change/Cancel Order" in the subject line of the email.


We want you to be thoroughly pleased with everything you order from South of Libbie! All items are personally inspected to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition! However, we understand that not everything you order always works out. Please see return instructions below should you need to make a return.

Monogrammed and engraved items, gift cards, and items purchased on final sale cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns are offered either for full refund (minus shipping charges) or in the form of store credit.

South of Libbie reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise is deemed non-resellable.
